The agreement for ongoing collaboration between Crown Prince Alexander Foundation for Education and representatives of the Republic of Srpska has been reached today at the Royal Palace in Belgrade, at the meeting of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II with H. E. Professor Goran Mutabdzija, Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska and Mr. Mladjen Cicovic, director of the Office of the Republic of Srpska in Belgrade. The first result of this Agreement will be participation of 200 best high school students of Republic of Srpska at the traditional Best Scholars Reception held at the White Palace.
The traditional reception for the best students is the only reception in the country that brings together best students of all secondary schools in Serbia and their teachers and parents. This year’s Reception becomes even more unique by including students from the Republic of Srpska. Thus, on the 26th of June this year The White Palace will be honored with a visit of 700 best students, which will receive Commendations and appropriate gifts for current success and all that in the company of their loved ones.
His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II has emphasized after the meeting: “Educated young people are our future. My family and I will always try to give them all the support needed. This reception is our way to congratulate these young people on previous successes, to show them that they are important to us and how much we appreciate their efforts. Hereby we want them to know that we will be there for them in their further development and improvement. I am very pleased that we will continue our commitment and now be able to show it to the students from the Republic of Srpska with which we have always had a very close relationship and I am glad that it is now raised to an even higher level.”
