Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine traditionally visits hospitals and children during Christmas.

Accompanied by Lifeline Chicago Board President Mrs. Kathy Fanslow and her daughter Tracy Armstrong, the Crown Princess visited the Orthopaedic clinic "Banjica" where she saw the children's department and brought Christmas presents to children. Following HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited the oncology department in Pasterova Street and was welcomed by the chief of department Dr.Lejla Paripovic.

The University children hospital in Tirsova and its general manager Prof. Dr. Ida Jovanovic also welcomed HRH Crown Princess Katherine where she visited the departments of cardiology and haematology and gave toys and sweets to the children. HRH Crown Princess Katherine was happy to see children getting better and promised to continue to do her best to keep sending doctors abroad for training and equipping hospitals with the latest technology.

All children were delighted with their Christmas presents and expressed in return sincere wishes of wellbeing and happiness and rewarded their visitors with precious smiles and sincere gratitude.
