State (Gules a double-headed eagle with wings displayed and inverted Argent,
langued, beaked, legged and unguled Or, between two fleurs-de-lys of the
third in base), while inescutcheon stands for Serbian Nation (Gules a cross
Argent between four fire-steels of the same)

The Shield is divided per fess, the upper
part per pale: 1- Serbs, 2- Croats, 3- Slovenes (differing from the same
field in the State Arms, here represented by field of the Duchy of Carniola);
the Shield is crowned with the Medieval "Kamelaukion"-type Crown and surrounded
with the Collar of the Order of Saint Prince Lazarus

The Arms of the Kingdom supported by two
Karageorge's insurgents holding banners fringed Or, dexter the banner of
South Serbia, sinister the banner of Shumadia; the Arms have form of a
Pavillion. NB: the banners were more often represented as tricolors of
Serbia, dexter charged with double-queued lion rampant Gules ducaly crowned
Sable (for Old Serbia, or Kossovo), sinister with a boar's head erased
Sable and armed Or, vulned through mouth with an arrow Or, pointed and
plumed Argent (for Shumadia, or Serbia proper)
