 WAR CROSS 1941.
The very last Royal Decoration instituted by King Petar II, on September 6, 1943. The Cross was awarded for military merit, for the support and assistance towards the King, Fatherland and Royal Government in exile, as well as towards the members of the Royal Yugoslavian Army in Fatherland and abroad. The reverse of the Cross displays effigy of General Dragoljub Mihajlovic, leader of the Royal Forces in the occupied Yugoslavia during the 2nd World War, later executed at Tito's order.
