Article 1

The members of the Royal House of the Dynasty of Karageorge are: the Queen Consort, the living ancestors of the King in direct line, and from this same Dynasty, with their consorts; living descendants of the King in direct line, with their consorts; living blood brothers of the King and their descendants, with their consorts; the sisters of the Reigning King and all females descent until they marry; the uncle of King Aleksandar I, Prince Arsen; Prince Paul with his consort and descendants, female descent until they marry.

Article 2

In accordance with Article.7 of the Law about Regal Power and about the Supreme Government of the Realm of January 6th 1929, the King is succeeded by His male issue from legal wedlock in primogeniture.

Article 3

The Reigning King is Supreme Chief and Protector of all members of the Royal House.

The King decides about rank of all members of the Royal House.
