In the name of all the people whose property was illegally confiscated and the properties of my family as well, I demand urgent justice.
Private property is one of the most fundamental human rights and it is the basis of all democracies and civilized countries. Serbia has had so much injustice against it and it does not deserve further injustice for its people.
Private property can not be treated differently if it was gained in the past or in the present, this makes double standards. It is about time that all the issues about the ownership of stolen property be resolved immediately, correctly and without further procrastination.
The two Palaces in the Royal Dedinje Complex, the Royal Palace and the White Palace, and all other properties including safe 555 in the National Bank are all undeniably private property of King Alexander I. The properties were bought, built, maintained and financed from the personal funds of my grandfather King Alexander I for which I have absolute and total proof.
There are many more families that demand justice and their property back as well, and I’m speaking on behalf of all of us that justice must prevail.
This whole issue must be settled immediately in an amicable and civilized way, which I am looking forward to be part of.
