UNDER PATRONAGE OF HRH CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II The BelgrAD Festival was established in 2004 by Mr. Dragan Sakan, Director of New Moment Ideas Company. The Festival has the concept to review global and local creativity, and many great names of marketing and PR activities in the world have taken took part among others Jacques Seguela, Donald Gunn, Mirko Ilic, Bob Garfild, Edward de Bono etc. The BelgrAD Festival is the annual PR event of the year and it is also one of the main cultural events of the year.
