In its up to day mandate and with the aid of international and local donors, as well as with the aid of budget payment, the Ministry of Social Affaires has substantially reduced its debts, established the Fund for aiding the neediest families and individuals and recipients of child support and pensioners.

Better conditions at the Institutions for the children without parental care, children with special needs and senior citizens have also been provided.

Donations were directed into reconstruction and expanding the capacities of Institutions, into food, medicines, fuel, vehicles, furniture, accessories, clothes, shoes, and books supplies, and into holiday funds for the children from the Institutions.

All children without parental care and children with special needs from the Homes received Christmas presents.
