Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine hosted a reception at the Royal Palace in gratitude to all the donors who were part of the project of reconstructing the house for a vulnerable family from the village of Mojsinje. The familiy from the village of Mojsinje, near Cicevac, lived in a house that was about to be demolished, and when Mrs. Daniela Celikovic, a great benefactor of the Lifeline Humanitarian Organization and a friend of Crown Princess Katherine learned about this, together with the Foundation of Crown Princess Katherine started to build a new home for this poor family. Today, several months later, in the same place there is a new, clean and warm family home.
The construction material was donated by following companies: Best energy, Mikend, Univerzum Ciglana, Pestan, Bas Promet, Bramac, Bekament, Plan Project MMP, Jera commerce, Carmeuse, Tri O, Tehnomarket, Fasada, Baumit, MMP Stanojcic, Patenting and Sika. There are many other persons and companies who wish to stay anonymous. Of course, this would not be possible without help from Opstina Cicevac and their president Mr. Zlatan Krkic.
Special thanks go to Daniela and Jugo Celikovic whose efforts contributed to the project to be successful and completed on time. In addition to all that has been done, Daniela Celikovic also helped with the taxes, licenses fees, various legal documents and transportation.
On this occasion, Crown Princess Katherine thanked all the participants, announced new projects and emphasized that only by working together and good will we can change the world and help vulnerable groups.
The new house has: two bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, hallway and bathroom and it is fully furnished. It is equipped with a wood and electrical stove, refrigerator and washing machine. Finally, we brought a full trunk of food (oil, flour, rice, pasta) and other household items (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, etc) to make sure they have essentials in their new home.
