CEREMONY MARKING 88 YEARS SINCE THE BIRTH OF HM KING PETER II

Belgrade, 6 September 2011 – On the occasion of the marking of 88 years since the birth of late King Peter II of Yugoslavia, the Liberal Council of Serbia organized a memorial service at the Church of the Assumption followed by a round table discussion.

The topic of the round table was "HM King Peter II as a historical figure“. The following participated: Prof Dr. Miodrag Djurkovic – Institute for Modern History, Mr. Dobrivoje Katunac - the Liberal Council of Serbia, Dr. Dusan Djukic – President of Yugoslav Army in the Homeland Association, Mr. Djordje Mamula – lawyer and alderman in the City Hall, Mr. Aleksandar Nedic – MC and Mr. Bojan Starcevic, President of Kingdom of Serbia Association.
