CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER EXTENDS CONGRATULATIONS FOR PASSOVER HOLIDAY TO THE JEWISH COMMUNITY

Belgrade, 5 April 2012 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II sent his congratulations for the Passover Jewish holiday, to H.E. Mr. Yossef Levy, Ambassador of Israel to Serbia, Mr. Isaac Asiel, Great Rabbi of Serbia and leaders of Jewish communities.

Crown Prince Alexander II said in his congratulations: “This great holiday reminds the Jewish people all over the world about the liberation from Egypt slavery, celebrating freedom, justice and love of their homeland.”

The Crown Prince also sent congratulations to Mr. Aleksandar Necak, President of the Association of Jewish communities in Serbia, Mr. Avram Izrael, President of the Jewish Community of Belgrade, Mr. Nenad Fogel, President of the Jewish Community of Zemun, Mr. Tomislav Halbror, President of the Jewish Community of Subotica, Mr. Goran Levi, President of the Jewish Community Novi Sad and Mr. Jakov Danon, President of the Jewish Community Banja Luka.
