HRH CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER WELCOMES SCHOLARSHIP STUDENT GOING TO CULVER MILITARY ACADEMY IN INDIANA

Belgrade, June 17th 2011. – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II received today at the Royal Palace Nikola Filipovic, a student of the Military Gymnasium in Belgrade who, thanks the HRH Crown Prince Alexander II Foundation for Education, received a scholarship for this year’s summer school at the prestigious Culver Military Academy in Indiana.

Nikola Filipovic successfully finished the summer course at Culver Academy last year when he was also accepted thanks to the scholarship of the Crown Prince Alexander's Foundation for Education. Due to his outstanding results, this 15 year old boy will once again, on 24 June, travel to the United States where will he have the opportunity to finish another summer course at Culver Military Academy.

Nikola was thrilled to visit His Highness and exchange experiences with him, since the Crown Prince himself attended this school in1959.

Culver Academy was founded in 1894 with the goal to prepare students for their future and for their careers.
