CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER CONGRATULATES SERBIAN ATHLETES WHO MADE HISTORY TODAY

Belgrade, 29 January 2012 – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II extended his warmest congratulations to Novak Djokovic for winning his third Australia Open title and third Grand slam in a row by beating world No. 2 Rafael Nadal.

“My family and I send you our warmest congratulations for the extraordinary results you have accomplished during this Tournament. Once again you have impressed us with your play, skills, and persistence. We are proud of you and so is the whole of Serbia. You are also like super ambassador for Serbia. Well done!” – pointed out Crown Prince Alexander in his letter.

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II extended his congratulations to Serbian water polo team, who became European champions today after defeating Montenegro in the finals.

In the evening, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander extended congratulations to Serbian handball team that won silver medal at European championship in Belgrade.

HRH Crown Prince Alexander wished all our athletes to keep up with good results and good work, and to make us proud again at the Olympics that are ahead of us this year.
