ROYAL COUPLE AT GALA CONCERT FOR 66TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNITED NATIONS
Belgrade, 27 October 2011 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine, attended tonight a Gala concert for the 66th Anniversary of the United Nations. The concert was conducted by Mr. Bojan Sudjic at Ilija M. Kolarac Concert Hall in Belgrade.
This magnificent event was very well attended by members of the Serbian cultural and political life, as well as the Diplomatic Corps in Serbia.
The Gala is the climax event that commemorates the 66th Anniversary of the United Nations. The event, took place at the Ilija M. Kolarac Concert Hall, featured a programme entitled "Under One Roof" comprising of four works by the acclaimed Serbian composer, Mr. Aleksandar Simic, which was conducted by Mr. Bojan Sudjic, who conducts the RTS (Radio Television Serbia) Choir and Symphony Orchestra. |
