ROYAL COUPLE AT RECEPTION IN HONOR OF PARALYMPIC GAMES

Belgrade, 21 September 2011 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended tonight a reception hosted by H.E. Mr. Michael Davenport, British Ambassador to Serbia, in honor of 2012 Paralympic Games, that will take place in London, England next summer.

The reception was very well attended by representatives of the Paralympic Committee of Serbia, our Paralympic athletes who won many medals for our country, journalist, public figures and members of the diplomatic corps.

The Foundation of HRH Crown Princess Katherine and Lifeline Greece helped publish the book “Paralympics Sport“ in Serbian in 2008.

TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine strongly believe in sports for all, and especially so for people with disabilities, who should be entitled to equal rights and active participation in all aspects of the society.
