ROYAL COUPLE AT JADRANKA JOVANOVIC HUMANITARIAN CONCERT FOR LIFELINE CHICAGO

Belgrade, Chicago, 18 October 2011 – Lifeline Chicago Humanitarian Organization organized last night at the Throne Auditorium, Northwestern University School of Law an extraordinary night of Classical music, under the name “Pearls of World Music” with the distinguished Serbian Opera singer Jadranka Jovanovic in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine.

One of the most distinguished Serbian mezzo-sopranos held an amazing concert in front of 600 people performing master pieces of Rossini, Shubert, Bizet focusing on the Serbian creativity and the works of Binicki, Jenko, Golemovic, Stankovic; accompanied by the pianist Prof. Nikola Rackov.

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine were amazed by the performance of Serbian Diva and at the same time with her philanthropic gesture. “My husband and I were very proud to witness this wonderful event. This was a marvelous opportunity for all Serbian and non-Serbian people in Chicago to hear one of most distinguished Serbian Opera singers. We are very grateful to Jadranka Jovanovic, not only for this lovely performance and presentation of Serbian culture but also for her support to Lifeline Chicago and their unselfish humanitarian activities for the benefit of the people of Serbia”, stated HRH Crown Princess Katherine.
