MEMBERS OF THE 204TH STRIKE/ATTACK AIR FORCE’s SQUADRON VISITED H.R.H. CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II

Belgrade, 8 October 2004 - H.R.H. Crown Prince Alexander II has hosted today at the Royal Palace a Reception in honor of the representatives of the 204th Strike/Attack Air Force’s squadron, which is part of the Military Air Forces and of the Air Defence Forces of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro.

At the beginning of the Reception the Crown Prince has greeted his guests stressing that they are the ones who are continuing in the best way the illustrious tradition of the pilots who had courageously and fearlessly defended the freedom of our country during the wars.

Colonel Nebojsa Djukanovic has then addressed the Crown Prince on behalf of the officers of this elite unit. He informed the Crown Prince about the illustrious tradition of this squadron and also about the further plans for a modernization of the Military Air Forces and of the Air Defence Forces. Colonel Djukanovic has presented H.R.H. Crown Prince Alexander II with a photograph with markings of all three groups that make the elite unit of the Military Air Forces of the Serbia and Montenegro’s Army.

After the Reception the guests had the opportunity to tour the Royal Dedinje compound.
