SAINT SAVA COMMEMORATION IN THE PARISH HALL OF SAINT SAVA CHURCH

Belgrade, 27 January 2005 – The Crown Prince Alexander II and Princess Katherine were present today at the Saint Sava Commemoration in the Parish Home of the Saint Sava Church, at the invitation of Father Stevan Vlacic the senior priest of the St. Sava Church.

The Choral society of Saint Sava Temple “Mokranjac” conducted by Mrs. Jelena Jez and the soloist Marko Kalajanovic participated in the cultural-artistic program. An oration by Dusan Milovanovic about Hilandar, the first Serbian Imperial Lavra that was built by Saint Sava and his father Simeon, was followed by the projection of slides by Dragan S. Tanasijevic.

Beside Their Royal Highnesses HE Dragan Kojadinovic the Minister of Culture, Mr. Vojislav Milanovic the former Minister of Religion, members of the Advisory Bodies of the Crown Mr. Dragomir Acovic and Mr. Milorad Savicevci were present.
