I appeal to all our politicians to unite and put aside their differences in the interest of all our people. Our people must be put first and their needs are most important. As a nation we must set our course now without any further wrangling, delay or damage.

Our people have endured so much suffering, deprivation and without any further loss of vital time we need a new beginning to survive. Our health care and social services need urgent help. The creation and planning of jobs is critical.

My duty is to respect all our people regardless of their political views. My obligation is to be the symbol of unity and continuity fully respecting democratic principles. My wish is to live with my family in my home at Dedinje without any further delay.
