THE CROWN PRINCE CONDEMNS THE APPEARANCE OF ANTI-SEMITIC GRAFFITI AND POSTERS WITH A CALL FOR THE BOYCOTT OF B92 Belgrade, 24 March 2005 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II strongly condemns the appearance of the anti-Semitic graffiti at the entrance of the Jewish cemetery and in front of several non-governmental organizations, as well as the appearance of posters with a call for the boycott of TV station B92, which have been put up all over the city center. The signatories of these posters should be warned that in democratic countries this kind of treatment of citizens with different religious beliefs and of the media is unacceptable. It is in the collective interest of us all to condemn this sort of behavior. The Crown Prince warns the vandals who wrote those graffiti that such actions are directly damaging our democratic society. HRH Crown Prince Alexander II is appealing to all the appropriate authorities to take urgent steps and bring the offenders to justice. All citizens, regardless of their ethnic or religious origin, as well as their properties, must enjoy full security in Serbia
