000 Euros worth donation From the
Foundation of HRH Crown Princess
Katherine

Prince Alexander II and HRH Crown
Princess Katherine visited today the
Neonatology Institute on the
occasion of the eighty year
anniversary of this Institute,
founded by Her Majesty Queen Maria,
grandmother of HRH Crown Prince
Alexander II.
On the occasion of this important
jubilee, Their Royal Highnesses
delivered two incubators worth
20.000 Euros, which are donations of
HRH Princess Katherine’s friends
from Switzerland and Mrs. Candy
Rosen, member of a Serbian family
living in USA, who was also present
with her daughters on the occasion
of the donation.

Princess Katherine were welcomed by
Prof. Dr Slobodanka Ilic, Director
of the Neonatology Institute. Also,
present at the official delivery
were HE Prof. Dr Tomica
Milosavljevic, Minister of Health
and Prof. Richard Polin, Professor
from Columbia University in New
York, a longstanding friend and
partner of this Institute.
''This day is a special one for
me. Today you are celebrating 80
years of this Institute foundation
by the grandmother of my husband, HM
Queen Maria. My family and I are
trying to continue the tradition
that Queen Maria had started and
therefore to help institutions that
care about children. We will strive
to fight for a healthier posterity‘’
- pointed out HRH Princess Katherine
in today’s visit.
