GREETINGS TO HEART

Belgrade, 25 September 2005 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II joined the manifestation at Ada Ciganlia Lake on the occasion of the World Day of the Heart “Greeting to Heart”, organized by Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, Embassy of USA in Belgrade, Health institutions and non-governmental organizations.

The Crown Prince addressed the gathering and called upon the nation to stop smoking. He stressed that every day in Serbia is a day of a heart and that it is very important that we all work together for better and healthier life.

Together with Mr.Tomica Milosavljevic, Minister of Health of the Republic of Serbia and numerous fellow citizens who joined this manifestation, Crown Prince Alexander II walked the whole circle around the Ada Ciganlia Lake called “Along the Path of the Heart”.

Among the walkers were also His Excellency Michael Polt, Ambassador of USA with his wife, basketball ace Vlade Divac, and many other public figures.
