ON THE DEATH OF PRINCESS KIRA OF LEININGEN

Belgrade, September 26, 2005. – The Office of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II announces with great sadness that Princess Kira of Leiningen has found peace with God in London at the age of 75.

HRH Princess Kira, the daughter of HRH Prince Carl of Leiningen and Great Princess Maria Kirilovna of Russia was born in Coburg and was earlier married to HRH Prince Andrej of Yugoslavia and was the mother of Their Royal Highnesses Prince Vladimir, Prince Dimitrije Karadjordjevic and Princess Lavinija.
