CONGRATULATIONS LETTER TO THE NEWLY
APPOINTED CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE ARMY
OF SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO

Royal Highness Prince Alexander II

newly appointed Chief of Staff of
the Army of Serbia and Montenegro,
General Major Ljubisa Jokic.

also congratulated the outgoing
Chief of Staff of the Army of Serbia
and Montenegro, General-Major Dragan
Paskas, who will be retiring. In his
letter Prince Alexander said:
