Belgrade, November 11, 2005 - His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II extended his congratulations to general lieutenant-colonel Ljubisa Jokic, the chief of staff of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro, on the occasion of the Day of the Electronic Scouts and Counter Electronic Action Units and the Day of the Border Guard Units of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro.
