HUMANITARIAN AID FOR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

On Tuesday 14^th of August 2001, 22 children from Belgrade's Centers for neglected children  "Mosa Pijade", "Drinka  Pavlovic" and "Jova Jovanovic Zmaj" left Belgrade for Greece.

At the request of Mayor of Athens, Mr. Dimitris Avramopoulos, from August 15^th to 24^th they will reside in camp St. Andrew near Athens. 

Summer holiday for neglected children was organised by Princess Katherine Karadjordjevic as part of  her humanitarian work, who wished them farewell with Prince Filip (Philip), the son of H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar. Princess Katherine will bare some of the expenses of their stay in Greece.
