CHARITY DINNER FOR KOSOVO CHILDREN

Belgrade, November 28, 2005 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended a charity dinner for the children from Kosovo and Metohija, in London last Saturday night.

The dinner at the “Acropolis” restaurant was organised by the United Orthodox Aid, which is under the patronage of Crown Princess Katherine, and by the owner of the restaurant, Mr Chris Melodias, a great donor to the humanitarian organisation “Our Serbia”.

All the donations will be used in the traditional joint action by the United Orthodox Aid and “Our Serbia” to finance the transport of the Kosovo and Metohija children to the Tara Mountain for a fortnight-long holiday.

The other guests at the charity dinner included Mrs Mira Radojevic and Mr Ognajnovic from the United Orthodox Aid, Mr Mladen Djordjevic and Mr Zeljko Draskovic, the president and the vice-president of “Our Serbia”, as well as great donors Mr Tony Jerolimou from London and Mrs Cica Stojanovic from Vienna.
