VISIT TO PATRIARCH PAVLE

Belgrade, December 13, 2005 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II visited today His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Pavle at the Military Academy Hospital in Belgrade where he was admitted for treatment.

Crown Prince, who with his wife Princess Katherine, celebrated today the Royal Family Home Patron, Slava, St. Andrew the First Called, wished His Holiness a fast recovery and shared the joy of the Slava with His holiness by bringing him the Slava cake and the Koljivo, a traditional Slava offering.

His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Pavle congratulated the Home Patron Day, Slava, to HRH Crown Prince Alexander II and wished him and his family a long and blessed life.

With the blessing of His Holiness, His Eminence Metropolitan of Montenegro Amfilohije led this morning the Divine Liturgy at the Royal Church of St. Andrew the First Called on the occasion of the Royal Family Slava.
