SILVER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY - LUXEMBOURG ROYAL FAMILY

Luxembourg 2 July 2006. - Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine were guests for the weekend celebration of the silver wedding anniversary of Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Luxembourg. His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri is the Head of State of Luxembourg.

The beautiful three day celebration started with a variety concert on Friday, followed by a picnic lunch Saturday, formal dinner Saturday in the magnificent residence Chateau de Berg of Their Royal Highness . In conclusion an informal lunch on Sunday at the Chateau de Berg. The whole silver wedding celebration was a very joyous occasion and memorable. The Grand Duke came for Crown Prince Alexander’s birthday last year and stayed at the White Palace.

Guests included: The King and Queen of Sweden, the Queen of the Netherlands, Prince Felipe and Princess Leticia of Spain, the Crown Princess and Crown Princess of the Netherlands, the Princess Royal (Princess Anne, United Kingdom), the Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Denmark, Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Belgium, Crown Prince of Norway, Prince Hassan and Princess Sarvath of Jordan, Prince Albert of Monaco, Princess Tsuguko of Japan, the Aga Khan, an many more members of royal families and dignitaries.
