53rd PARACHUTE COMPETITION ORGANIZED BY ROYAL CLUB
“HAWK”
Belgrade 26th July 2006 - The Royal Air Club “Hawk” under
the patronage of HRH Prince Alexander, son of HRH Crown Prince Alexander II
organized today 53rd Parachute Competition and International Parachute Cup
“Belgrade Trophy 2006” in Lisiciji jarak near Belgrade.
This year’s competition is organized in cooperation with
the Aero Club Federation of Serbia and Belgrade.
Prof. Dragoljub Kavran, member of the Advisory Bodies to
the Crown greeted the attendees on behalf of HRH Crown Prince Alexander II
and the Royal Family and on that occasion he read a welcoming letter of His
Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander.
“To you, your colleagues and above all to brave and
ambitious participants of the competition I wish many successes at the
forthcoming, 53rd Parachutes Championship in Serbia in classical parachute
disciplines, as well as good luck at the Opening of the International
Parachutes Cup “Trophy of Belgrade 2006”.
My son, HRH Prince Alexander the patron of the Royal Air
Club “Hawk”, is joining my sincere wishes. We hope that we will be able to
accept your kind invitation in the future since while we are not in position
to share this wonderful experience with you due to previously arranged
obligations abroad. We are hoping that good winds and nice weather will
follow all competitors during the contest and hope for the outstanding
results.” – pointed out HRH Crown Prince in the welcoming letter.
