YOUNG WorkShop
under the open sky AT THE ROYAL COMPLEX
Belgrade, 11th August 2006 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown
Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine warmly welcomed the first
group of the children who are attending a “Workshop under the open sky“.
The “Workshop under the open sky“ is an educational and
pedagogic programme for preschool and school children. It will be held twice
per month during the Summer and Autumn. The team of experts who organized
the workshop come from the area of pedagogy, tourism, theatre and music. The
lessons will be undertake by many actors as well. The children will attend
different creative workshops where through singing, dancing, art and sport
they will have a chance of learning more about the history and culture of
Belgrade and The Royal Family.
“We are very happy to have the opportunity to open The
Royal Complex for such occasion. It is wonderful to have the future
generation interested in the history of our country. The young are the
future of our homeland”, said Crown Prince Alexander II addressing the dear
little guests who are aged six.
