ROSH HASHANAH – JEWISH NEW YEAR

Belgrade 22 September 2006 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II has extended his congratulations to the number of distinguished representatives of the Jewish community in this region on the occasion of the Jewish New Year Rosh Hashanah.

Congratulations were sent to Her Excellency the Ambassador of Israel Mrs. Jaffa Ben-Ari, the Great Rabbi of Serbia and Montenegro Mr. Isak Asiel, the President of the Jewish Municipalities Association Mr. Aca Singer, the President of the Jewish Municipality of Banja Luka Mr. Jakov Danon, the President of the Jewish Municipality of Belgrade Mr. Misa Levi, the President of the Jewish Municipality of Subotica Mr. Franjo Percic, the President of the Jewish Municipality of Novi Sad Mr. Tihomir Ungar, and all members of the Jewish community.
