THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES VISITED POLITIKA AD

Belgrade 6 October 2006 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine accompanied by Mr. Dragomir Acovic, member of the Privy Council visited today Company Politika in Belgrade.

Their Royal Highnesses and Mr. Acovic were warmly welcomed by Mr. Srdjan Janicijevic General Manager of Politika AD and editors-in-chief of many printed issues of Politika. His Royal Highness expressed his pleasure that Serbia has such successful Company with outstanding heritage and pointed out the importance of it for the public Media service in our country.

Daily Politika is the oldest newspaper on Balkans, first issued on 25 January 1904. Since than some of the most important domestic as well as foreign journalist participated in the creation of public opinion through Daily, hence establishing Politika as one of the most respected printed newspapers of Serbia.
