Crown Prince's Message for the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty

Belgrade, 16 October 2006 - His Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II sent a letter to Mr. David Lance Clark the UN Resident Coordinator in Belgrade on the occasion of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.

"I would like to express my support for the global effort for the Eradication of Poverty including the campaign related to the UN Millennium Development Goals to reduce under-five mortality by two-thirds by 2015. Repeated appeals of United Nations for a concerted effort of all Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations is much appreciated and will help in the achievement of all endeavours" - emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter to Mr. Lance Clark.
