management
Belgrade, 11 November 2006 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander
II and Crown Princess Katherine organized yesterday a reception at The White
Palace in honour of the participants of the First
South Eastern Europe Conference on Health Management.
The Conference is organized by the
Clinical Centre of Serbia and
the European Health Management Association,
under the patronage of the Ministry
of Health of Republic of Serbia and
Medical Faculty of
the University of Belgrade.
The first regional conference on health management is
aimed at improving the overall development of health management in our
country and is attended by more than 400 medical experts.
Reception in the White Palace was an opportunity for many
renowned medical experts from Serbia and abroad to meet the Royal Couple,
visit The Royal Complex www.royalfamily.org/dvorovi/index.htm, and hear
about the history and works of art that can be seen in this historical
building which are part of Serbian cultural treasure.
Beside HRH Crown Prince Alexander II and HRH Crown
Princess Katherine, the guests were addressed by Mr. Philip Bernmann,
President of the European Health Management Association, Dr. Vojko Djukic,
General Manager of the Clinical Centre of Serbia, Dr. Elaine Laycock, true
friend or the Royal Couple and great humanitarian activist, and Dr. Ivan
Jekic, organizer of the Conference.
The Conference will end on 11 November, and it is the
first international conference on health management in the region.
