CROWN PRINCE CONGRATULATES SERBIAN EXPEDITION THAT COUNQUERED EVEREST

Belgrade, 21 May 2007 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II extended his warmest congratulations to the Serbian Expedition that conquered Mount Everest 8,848 metres (29,028 feet).

“Please accept my warmest congratulations for taking Serbia to the highest place in the world. Your endurance, courage and dedication serves as an example to the rest of us. You have made us all very proud”, emphasized Crown Prince Alexander in his letter.

In his letter, the Crown Prince had also commended expedition leader Dragan Jacimovic and Dragana Rajblovic, the first woman from the Balkans that succeeded in conquering Mount Everest.
