THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES RECEIVE CHILDREN “DAYS OF CYRILLIC”

Belgrade, 2 June 2007 - Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince
Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine received today the 13 best children
and along with their teachers from the “Days of Cyrillic” event, which was held
for the sixth time.
Crown Prince Alexander II addressed the children wishing them
a warm welcome to the Palace, saying that the doors of the Palace are always
open for everyone, especially for the youngest visitors. Among other things, His
Royal Highness also said that the children are the future of this country and
that “they should continue to preserve our language, our writing and tradition”.
Four of the best pupils read out their essays. Their Royal
Highnesses then took a group photo with the children and exchanged presents.
The children especially enjoyed the tour of the Royal Palace and were very
excited. |
