CROWN PRINCE CONGRATULATES FIRST DAY OF RAMADAN TO THE ISLAMIC COMMUNITY

Belgrade, 12 September 2007 – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II congratulated the first day of Ramadan to the Islamic community.

In his letter to His Excellency the Mufti of Belgrade Hadzi Hamdia Jusufspahic, the Mufti of Sandzak Muamer Zukorlic, and the Mufti of Banja Luka Edhem Camdzic, the Crown Prince emphasized:

“I wish to extend to you and all the members of the Islamic community my family’s congratulations on the ocassion of the beginning of Ramadan, a month which reminds us that we should approach life seriously, carrying God truthfully in our hearts. Hoping that people will seek pure thoughts, that their lives will be modest and deeds just, I send you my sincere greetings and peace“.
