LITTLE DEJANA KRAJACIC VISITS THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES AND DR
KALANGOS
Belgrade, 14 October 2007 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown
Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine hosted today in Royal Palace
little Dejana Krajacic and her mother.
Dejana Krajacic is the little girl who was saved by Professor
Dr. Afkendios Kalangos on 19 January 2007 during a four hour operation held at
the University Children’s Hospital, Dejana’s life was saved. Professor Dr.
Kalangos came to save little Dejana thanks to HRH Crown Princess Katherine who
was shocked with her critical condition and the possibility that she would not
live through that day.
Today, Dejana came to Royal Palace with her mother, where she
was welcomed by Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown
Princess Katherine, as well as Professor Dr. Kalangos. The miracle which
happened thanks to Crown Princess Katherine getting Dr. Kalangos as soon as
possible to Belgrade to do the emergency operation.
Dejana will be six years old on 20th October, and today was
the perfect opportunity to celebrate this day. Their Royal Highnesses and
Professor Kalangos spent a couple of marvellous hours with little Dejana who
also received presents for her birthday. |
