MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES ATTEND RECEPTION AT THE ROYAL PALACE

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Ale ksandar, Crown Princess Katarina and Prince Filip gave a reception last night at the Royal Palace in Belgrade in honour of the representatives of the most influential media from Serbia , Montenegro and the Republic of Srpska .

The owners, directors and editors in chief of more that 200 media attended the reception. During the sightseeing of the Royal Palace interior they acquainted themselves of the rich history that was closed to the public and restricted by the previous regimes until now.

Greeting his guests, H.R.H. Crown Prince Ale ksandar said that the domestic media are the eyes and ears of this country and that their task is accurate information.

“With a free media, society is free. With a free society, there is a chance for everyone. With a chance for everyone, hope has wings” emphasized Crown Prince Ale ksandar .

Addressing the members of the domestic media His Royal Highness Crown Prince Ale ksandar added that the media have a great responsibility, but also the obligation to participate in the construction of a new democratic society.

Prof. Arch. Ivan Antić, Prof. Arch. Branko Pešić, Prof. Dr. Živojin Bumbaširević and Arch. Dragomir Acović represented the Crown Council at the formal reception for media representatives.
