CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE DELIVERS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO SPECIAL HOSPITAL FOR ORTHOPAEDIC PROSTHETICS AND REHABILITATION

Belgrade, 7 May 2008 – HRH Crown Princess Katherine visited today the Special Hospital for Orthopaedic Prosthetics and Rehabilitation, where she delivered medical equipment, donation of the HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation.

Crown Princess Katherine delivered ten wheelchairs, donation of the Wheelchair Foundation and a dishwashing machine, donation of the Winterhalter Gastronom YU Company. On this occasion, Crown Princess Katherine was informed about the current situation in this hospital and its needs. Beside Her Royal Highness, also present at the delivery was Mrs. Esma Pejovic, Director of the Winterhalter Company.

Addressing the present, Crown Princess Katherine emphasized: “I would like to thank the Winterhalter Company that gave this modern dishwashing machine, and the Wheelchair Foundation that provided the wheelchairs. I would like you to know that you are not left alone and that this is an example for other people to follow”.
