PROMOTION OF PARALYMPICS SPORTS BOOK AT WHITE PALACE

Belgrade, 5 June 2008 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine hosted today members and friends of the Serbian Paralympics Committee.

The book Paralympics Sport by Mr. Nenad Dikic, Director of the Anti-doping Agency of Serbia was promoted at this event.

The Foundation of HRH Crown Princess Katherine and Lifeline Greece helped publish this book with the support of friends from Greece, while Fitex Company provided polo T-shirts with the logos of the HRH Crown Princes Katherine Foundation and the Paralympics Committee, to the members of the Committee.

HRH Crown Prince Alexander II emphasized in his speech that this example should motivate the state to support sports even more, especially sport activities of people with disabilities, and to include them equally in all aspects of the society.

- I am certain that many of you will accomplish significant results at the Paralympics Games in Beijing, for the joy and pride of our country – concluded the Crown Prince.

Mr. Nenad Dikic, author of the book also delivered a speech, as well as HE Mrs. Snezana Samardzic-Markovic, Minister of Youth and Sports in the technical Government of Serbia.
