CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER AT 30th ANNIVERSARY OF SPECIAL ANTITERRORIST UNIT

Belgrade, 20 September 2008 – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II accompanied by Professor Dr. Dragoljub Kavran, member of the Crown Council attended today the 30th anniversary celebration of the Special Antiterrorist Unit in Serbia.

The ceremony was held at the Special Antiterrorist Unit base in Batajnica and was attended by Dr Mirko Cvetkovic, Prime Minister of Serbia, Mr. Ivica Dacic, Minister of Interior and First Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Dragan Sutanovac, Minister of Defence, Professor Dr. Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, Speaker of Parliament, Lt. General Zdravko Ponos, Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Armed Forces, Major-General Mr. Milorad Veljovic, Director of Police, Mr. Emir Kusturica, film director, Mr. Predrag Danilovic, basketball player and other personalities to whom the members of this Unit demonstrated their skills.
