CROWN PRINCE OPENS SERBIAN RAKIA FAIR
Belgrade, 17 October 2008 – His Royal Highness Crown
Prince Alexander II opened today Fair of Serbian rakia and fruit The Gold of
Serbia at the Nikola Pasic square.
The aim of this Fair is to present over 100 individual
manufactures and companies as well as the promotion and presentation of the
Serbian products and brands.
The Crown Prince delivered the speech and emphasized: “It
is very important for the economy of our country to work very hard in
developing our own brands and products. Serbian rakia is drink well known in
the world as our National brand”. After the speech the Crown Prince
officially cut the ribbon and marked Serbian Rakia fair opened.
Beside His Highness, also present at the manifestation
were Prof. Dr. Mirjana Milosevic, State Secretary in the Ministry of
Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Mr. Dragan Djuric, President of
the Festival and Society Serbian Rakia, representatives of the Ministry of
Agriculture and large number of citizens. |
