Biomedical research increasingly relies on quantitative approaches and cutting edge technology. Many would agree that the future of the life sciences lies at the crossroads of biology, hard sciences (chemistry, mathematics, computer science) and engineering. The School of Life Sciences at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland - was created on this premise.

For additional information and assistance in the application process, students can contact the Crown Prince Alexander II Foundation for Education at phone number 011/3064010 and e-mail address: edufond@dvor.rs. The contact email of the EPFL summer programme is: summer.sv@epfl.ch.
