THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES ATTEND HUMANITARIAN AND CULTURAL MANIFESTATIONS IN BELGRADE

H.R.H. Princess Katarina visited last night in “Konak Knjeginje Ljubice” a bazaar of Japanese humanitarian organization YEN where women refugees and displaced persons from Bosnia, Croatia and Kosovo exhibited their handcrafts.

Addressing those present, Princess Katarina said that everyone should help the refugees in our country.

“Handcrafts exhibited today are very beautiful and it is a pity that they can’t be sold somewhere abroad where they could have a higher price”, emphasized Princess Katarina.

Together with H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar II, Princess Katarina attended formal reception at Belgrade City Hall on the occasion of 80^th anniversary of the First Surgical Clinic of Clinical Center of Serbia.

In the evening, along with the highest representatives of Federal and Republic Government, Their Royal Highnesses attended New Year’s gala concert at Sava Center and  afterwards a formal Academy at the National Theatre in Belgrade where    250 years of the Civil Rule of Zemun Municipality were celebrated.
