WHITE PALACE OPENING CEREMONY SIXTEENTH SYMPOSIUM
MEDICAL CHAMBERS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE
Belgrade, 17 September 2009 – The opening
ceremony of the Sixteenth Symposium of Medical Chambers of Central
and Eastern Europe Countries “ZEVA 2009” was held today at 7.30 pm
at the White Palace. HRH Crown Prince Alexander II, Dr Tatjana
Radosavljevic, Director of Medical Chamber of Serbia, Dr Parsi Parsa,
Director of Medical Chamber of Germany and Prof. Ottman Kleuber,
President of the World Medical Association addressed the
participants.
The Medical Chamber of Serbia is host for this
year’s Symposium of Medical Chambers of Central and Eastern Europe
17-19 September 17 in the Holiday Inn in Belgrade, under the
auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia.
This Symposium is very important for medical
professionals and it is being organized and for the first time in
Serbia by the Medical Chamber of Serbia, which is one of the
youngest Medical Chambers in Europe. One of the central topics of
the Symposium is “Future of the Medical Profession”.
Besides the delegates of the Serbian Medical
Chamber, the reception was also attended by delegates of the Medical
Chambers from twelve European countries, representatives of the
European Commission, as well as Mrs. Svetlana Vukajlovic, Director
of the Fund for Health Insurance, Dr. Zoran Milosevic, State
Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Dr. Zdravko Kosjerina,
Deputy Vojvodina Secretary of Health. |
