HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER II
PATRON OF EIAT 2009 CONFERENCE
Belgrade, 25 September 2009 – His Royal Highness
Crown Prince Alexander II greeted participants of EIAT 2009
Conference today in his official capacity of the patron of this
event. Organizer of the conference is Centre for Tourism Research
and Studies from Novi Sad. EIAT (Education and Industry Advancing
Together) 2009 conference is being organized as a three day event
targeting professors, students and industry stakeholders, with a
mission to create platform of best young leaders in the tourism,
hotel and meeting industry in the Balkans region.
In his address to participants of the conference
and key speakers, among whom were Ms Renata Pindzo, Deputy Minister
of Economy and Regional Development, Mr Ray Bloom, Chairman of IMEX
Frankfurt, the biggest world fair in tourism industry, Professor
Jafar Jafari, founder of “Annals of Tourism” Magazine and Professor
at University of Wisconsin, and numerous guests, HRH Crown Prince
Alexander II emphasized: “Developing and empowering the brilliant
young minds of the youth in Serbia are at the core of my Foundation
for Education’s mission. It is therefore with pleasure and pride
that I support initiatives – such as this conference – which share
the goals of educating and equipping our youth with the necessary
skills to be competitive in today’s international marketplace. In
addition to promoting dialogue between educators and the industry,
we will be promoting the tourism industry of our beautiful nation”.
His Royal Hughness Crown Prince Alexander II will
host a reception for participants of the EIAT 2009 Conference
tonight at 8 p.m. at the White Palace. On this occasion welcoming
speech will be delivered by the Crown Prince and Mrs. Snezana
Klasnja, Assistant Minister of Youth and Sport. |
