Belgrade, 1 October 2009 - There have been articles, information and comments in the Serbian media recently regarding the rehabilitation of the former Prime Minister of Yugoslavia Mr. Dragisa Cvetkovic.

The Office of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II would like to inform the public that HRH Crown Prince Alexander II is supporting in principal all actions which contribute to legal clarification of all sentences based on ideological and other non-legal criteria, no matter who brought them and what they were related to.

HRH Crown Prince Alexander II would like to point out that there is from time to time some confusion in the media regarding the identities of some members of House of Karadjordjevic.

There are three members of Karadjordjevic Family today with the same name – Alexander.

Sometimes public statements made by either one of them are contributed to the other two. This was the case with the statement regarding the rehabilitation of the late Yugoslav Prime Minister Dragisa Cvetkovic, which was made by HRH Prince Alexander, the son of HRH Regent Prince Paul.
