ROYAL COUPLE AT CONCERT FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE SPANISH PRESIDENCY
OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Belgrade, 22 January 2010 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine, attended the concert of José Luis Martínez and his ensemble, hosted for the Spanish European Union Presidency by the Spanish Ambassador to Serbia H.E. Ignacio de Palacio España at Kolarac Foundation in Belgrade last night.

This magnificent event was very well attended along with members of Serbian cultural and political life, as well as members of Diplomatic Corps in Serbia. There were also present H.E. Mr. Bozidar Djelic, Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Science and Technological Development, H.E. Mr. Nebojsa Bradic, Minister of Culture, H.E. Mr. Vincent Degert, Head of delegation of European Commission to Serbia, Mrs. Radmila Hrustanovic, Deputy Mayor of Belgrade and many other distinguished guests.

The programme included an homage to Frederico García Lorca arranged and composed by José Luis Martínez.
